| JANUARY 5, 2014 -- We have been busy the weeks proceeding December 7th, preparing for our Christmas Boutique. Barbara Standley and her faithful workers have spent many hours setting up the straw games, matching numbers with prizes, gathering items for the Chinese auction, and preparing the food basket raffle. Other members have been busy buying food for the lunch we will be serving.
We changed our Insurance company for liability coverage as they wanted us to replace plug type fuses with circuit breakers or our policy would be canceled. Another insurance company was found that would accept the S-Type fuse adapters and fuses, saving the Grange considerable money. The Grange Hall was built in the early thirties and the electrical system is of the same age.
